The staff is absolutely amazing. So very relaxed and helpful. The breakfast is a full bery tasty breakfast and the woman preparing it is wonderful. They even sent us off with a bagged lunch when we left earlier than 7am and had light crackers and cookies available throughout the day. Location is very convenient. They even have a separate area accessible to guests on the waterfront that we found to relax and read. I highly recommend but if you have difficulty with stairs I would suggest not staying here as reception is one floor up.

This is probably one of the better hotels I have stayed at . Incredible service and there is purified water at your convenience even in the bathroom. Very safe I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying on santa cruz island in the galapagos.

Best staff ever!

On the trip to the island the zipper on my backpack had broken. This was my only luggage for the trip. I asked the staff if they could help me out. That evening the bag was returned to me with a new zipper. When I think of this trip what I will remember is the amazing assistance I received when I ask for help.

This boutique hotel stands out among the crowd as it pays attention to the small details. Lovely bathrobes, slippers, small chocolates left by the maid. 24 hr access to coffee/ cold filtered water and small snacks. Staff even carry your luggage up to your room. Staff go above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay

This hotel was clean and conveniently located on a quiet street in the main part of town, so walking everywhere was easy. The room was spacious and we had a nice balcony that faced the back of the hotel. There was coffee, tea, and snacks available 24/7 and the breakfast was good with eggs made to order. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel provided beach towels and bags as well as water bottles. The hotel had no elevator so it would not be suitable for someone with limited mobility as the reception was up one flight of stairs and the breakfast area up a second flight. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Puerto Ayora who is okay with stairs.

Beautiful accommodations. Modern yet classic feel. Very clean. Matching robe and slippers was a luxurious touch. Perfect size mini bar and fridge. Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic staff and incredible stay! We splurged on this about a week before the trip after realizing the apartment we rented didn’t really capture our needs. The breakfast was delicious, very helpful staff that have discount coupons for some of the best restaurants on the island. The taxi service that you can add from the airport to the hotel made our arrival extra special. 10/10 would stay again!

The staff was friendly and very helpful when planning tours and other outings. The room was clean and comfortable. Attention to details: enough towel racks, a carafe of filter water was provided for brushing teeth, lots of shelves in bathroom, two luggage racks, laundry service, mini bar, charging ports in several locations in room, extra blankets, robe and slippers.

One of the finest hotel I stayed so far. The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are 5 star level hotel while you feel living in your own home. Excellent breakfast!
