THE LAYOUT:
LIVING AREA:
Step into a unique industrial-style living area where warm brick walls, exposed beams, and vaulted ceilings create an inviting yet airy atmosphere. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, while the sleek hardwood floors and stylish furnishings offer the perfect balance of comfort and modern charm. Relax on the couch where a coffee table and mounted flat screen TV are perfectly set up for comfort, and enjoy the versatility of a large dining table nearby that also doubles as a spacious workspace.
KITCHEN:
Around the corner this modern kitchen is both sleek and functional—designed for everything from morning coffee to full home-cooked meals. Framed by exposed brick and oversized windows with an exclusive view of the Statehouse, which has the second largest freestanding dome in the US. This bright kitchen offers an island with seating for two. This kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.
SLEEPING AREA:
This stylish sleeping nook blends seamlessly into the loft's open layout, framed by tall industrial-style windows and rich exposed brick. The sleeping area features a queen-size bed, side tables, a white noise machine, custom wood shelving, and a vintage-style wardrobe for comfort and function.
BATHROOM:
Just off the sleeping area the full bathroom has high ceilings, a glass-enclosed shower and a modern vanity. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
THE BUILDING:
This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have one free dedicated off-street parking spot in our driveway.

Jennifer’s Fabulous Loft in Providence!
It was all beyond what was advertised! The pictures were gorgeous and in real life it was better! It was impeccable, just spotless! Gloriously ready for us and the kitchen was so nice! It had everything we needed and in full size. We shopped at Whole Foods, just an easy walk away. I slept so restfully! Bed was cozy as could be. One day we just stayed in and didn’t feel any loss. It was wonderful. We will come back again!Back!

Better than a hotel!
Jennifer’s place was perfect for my stay in Providence and was way better than a hotel. It was very safe, secure, and quiet. She provided everything I needed, it was very clean, and there is a parking space for your car. You can easily walk downtown and along the river. Would stay again!
