Our stay at this hotel was just okay. Unfortunately, the room we were initially given had a strong mildew odor, which made it very uncomfortable. After the first night, we requested a room change. While the staff did accommodate our request and moved us to a better room, there was still a lingering smell—though not as overwhelming as the first. The room lacked some basic amenities such as a shower cap and a steamer, which was disappointing. Additionally, the cleanliness of both rooms could have been better. One positive note is that the day staff seemed more knowledgeable and helpful compared to the evening staff. Overall, while there were some redeeming qualities, I would likely not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Very spacious with a very large suite with complete kitchen and facilities. Very nice outside dining area for breakfast. A good value for the money in downtown Providence. The property is also well maintained. But you have to be willing to valet park your car, since this is mandatory.
