Nihilani 16A is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath, air conditioned plantation style condo. Set in a lush, garden setting, this spacious, one-story, 1,400-square-foot home is a destination where you can retreat into the relaxed Hawaiian lifestyle in comfort and style.

The Nihilani at Princeville Resort is nestled in the upscale and private neighborhood of Princeville, on Kauai's lush North Shore. Nihilani is adjacent to the Makai Golf Course, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Other nearby attractions include Hanalei Bay and its beautiful 2-mile long sandy beach.

The open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a spacious dining room. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2 full baths, a full laundry room, and a small office space completes the layout. Out the dining room door you'll find a 200-square-foot lanai outfitted with relaxing furniture. An attached 2-car garage offers private parking and easy and direct access to the house.

The Nihilani complex has a beautiful pool area that includes a Jacuzzi and large and relaxing BBQ area. The free form pool has two levels, the upper level covered by a large cabana.

Perfect Paradise Getaway

Altogether beautiful!

Everything about our trip was wonderful! The unit was so clean and seemed brand new. Very well maintained. Also nice furniture and accessories. It was great having all the beach gear right in the garage so you could load it into the car so easily. Also everything you could want, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more. Also the pool was very close to the unit if you wanted to use that. The whole place was beautiful. It was a great location too. Near Hanalei and Kilauea and great beaches. It was just a really great place to stay. Even enjoyed sitting around enjoying the view of the area. The patio was great too. We really enjoyed our stay altogether.

We have 35+ years of experience as time share owners, VRBO renters and Vacation Club members. We recognize quality accommodations and service. We certainly found it when we entered the Nihilani Resort at Princeville, Kauai. While located inland there was no mountain or beach view but provided some solitude and relaxing atmosphere. The resort was well maintained, beautifully landscaped with a great pool area complete with a water fall and a nearby hot tub. Our unit was 1,400 sq ft of spacious living, nicely laid out with the living and dining room overlooking the deck. Tastefully decorated, well furnished kitchen, large bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower. There was a desk for the computer. Usually, we have to set up on the dining room table. Once you get settled in you notice the little things you don't usually find in a rental. Cookies in the refrigerator. Ice cube bin is full There were spices provided and kitchen supplies: foil, zip bags, etc. We have a garage - no more getting into a hot car. We would rent from them again.

Amazing family trip - will be back !

The property was gorgeous !! Management company was great and easy to deal with . Check in was super quick and they had little snacks and bags for us at the place when we arrived. Soooo many extras - beach umbrellas , chairs , bikes , bike locks , pool toys and more . Love it !

This is an exceptional property.

We loved our time here. The condo is large, well appointed and comfortable. Located in the middle of Priceville, the whole north end of the island is very accessible. Exceeded expectations.

Well maintained and supplied condo. Loved all the flora and the birds including chickens. Aloha spirit is very much alive here. Can’t go wrong. Every 15 minutes was “the best ever”. Do not miss the Hindu Monastery or the river and new temple views from it. Mahalo.

We truly enjoyed this rental, and while the weather was not the most ideal, we made the best of our stay. We took some beautiful walks straight from the condo, and driving everywhere was a breeze. There were inflatable mattresses there which was super helpful and everything else you’d need to set up shop.

Perfect Place, Perfect Setting

Immaculate, beautiful, spacious, uncluttered, peaceful, and quiet. The kitchen has all you need if you want to cook. (Which we didn't--this was vacation!) Exactly like the vrbo photos...but better. For our first trip to Kauai, we feel like we really lucked out. It was a two-bedroom, but just the two of us. However, they were spaced at opposite ends of the unit and would have provided excellent privacy had we had additional guests. If I had one "complaint" it would be that the high-end, fancy pants washer and dryer control panels were pretty complicated, and I never quite got the hang of it. I ended up using the drying rack in the garage a couple times. Princeville was a great location for the things we wanted to do in Kauai, from Hanalei Bay to Poipu Beach and many spots in-between. I would recommend this unit, 16-B, and would just love to stay there again. It was an outstanding base for a dream vacation.
