It was great! We had a not terrible view of the ocean and there were 4 seats on the lanai so we could all be out there if we wanted. We had to call maintenance a couple of times for a few things (we were there for 3 weeks- something is bound to pop up). They were QUICK to respond. The condo came with all the amenities, including a decently set up kitchen, which was appreciated as we did cook quite a bit. They provided enough dishwasher pods and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.The condo is amazingly quiet! We could not hear any neighbors through the walls and if someone in our party stayed up later to watch tv or got up early, we had no idea. When the bedroom door was closed it was very quiet in the bedroom.It was truly a great experience and a perfect place for my dad’s 80th birthday. Thank you!Our one complaint is that the couch is not super comfortable, maybe the cushions needs new foam.

Check in was very simple as I had the code before arriving. The issue I had was the navigation took me to the wrong building and the lighting outside was very poor and it was hard to see since we got in late. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed.

The condo was very nice. However, soemthing about it felt "sterile" like a hotel room. Usually VRBOs have some intangible homey feel. Also, note there is no air conditioning (as stated in the description) and it is still very warm and sticky at night.I am very disappointed that the dryer was not working and later determined they knew before we arrived, but never told us, not even a note. We only found out after trying to dry our wash.

Lovely Luxury and Ocean View

We really enjoyed our week there. The unit looks like the pictures and is in good shape. The balcony offered nice horizon views of the water as well as the majestic mountains to the west. Many fun shops and good restaurants in the area, but also very quiet for a nice zen vacation vibe. The unit does not have A/C, but the fans and breezes kept everything at a very comfortable temp.

Lovely north side stay in modern apartment

We loved our stay in Alaii Kai. Our unit was very up to date and we appreciated the little touches like Saran Wrap, salt and pepper grinders. It would have been nice to have a little cooking oil for eggs. The beds are phenomenal. In fact, I wanted to check the brand but because of all the mattress protectors (yay!), I failed. Great stay and amazing apartment! Would definitely stay here again if we come to the north side again.

Great Stay in Princeville

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Princeville. The area is really nice with partial views of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were good and the landscaping was pretty. The chairs and beach umbrellas were available for use on nearby beaches, which was a nice perk. We really enjoyed our stay on Kaui.
