For expedia - I did not like that i had no option for moving my reservation to the day i arrived. That i was billed . Treasure Cove - do better. Or expedia - do better. Feel like it is a trap to book online - when the date gets changed without my doing it. One needs to be extra careful. I have deleted Expedia off. To One that requires no deposit up front and keeps its word on no cancelation fees.

When we checked in the lady took my credit card knowing it wouldn’t cover the $400 . Deposit. She said it was fine we will pay at the end of our stay . She couldn’t even assign us to our right rooms . . Three hours later front desk tells I need to come downstairs to the front desk and pay the deposit. I had cash on me but when getting to the front desk she told me I had to pay the full stay amount right now ! Not the deposit! We have been coming here yearly. This was our last time . We have never been treated like that before . I had to wake up my father and get him to come down and pay the full amount on his card . In return we were given a sorry and complementary upgrade for our next stay . Mean while you have people smoking on your patios ! When there is NO smoking allowed! Thank you for showing us an unpleasant stay .

A wonderful stay in PG!

The Treasure Cove Resort was a welcoming, comfortable, and high-value stay for our trip to Prince George. Guest services team went above and beyond when my husband was stranded due to the Air Canada strike. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and spotless. Beds are comfortable, pillows were great, and the kitchen served our needs well. The on site Brew Pub was excellent with great service as well.
