Main floor unit, with completely separate entrance and private patio space from the upper unit. Please note, there is one ensuite bathroom.

Perfect for a wine weekend getaway with a few friends, a beach trip with family or for a couple shopping the boutiques offered in Picton/Bloomfield/Wellington - this is a spacious first-floor unit apartment that has the feel of an airy, bright, private bungalow. Located on the east-end outskirts of Picton allows for quick entrance/exit to the 401. Backing on to the Millennium Trail and farmland, the view is comforting.
