Staff was courteous. Unfortunately they have patrons that like to set off the fire alarms. There are covers you can get that sound a smaller alarm that may help deter them from being pulled. Quite scary for children to here.

wouldn’t let me and my husband check in bc my address on my license says i still live in pa when we live up north and i am waiting for my new license to come in. had to resubmit a reservation under my husbands name with his license of our address up north which put us late for an event. didn’t make a difference as to who checked in as we both still stayed here so it made no difference who’s name the booking was under. wifi also doesn’t work in the rooms could not get the tv to connect to anything or work either. will not stay here again. terrible service and stupid policies. very underwhelmed compared to other hotels in the city, will not give this one another chance again.
