Multiple issues through out my stay- pool was dirty and smelled, there was stains on all beds, communication between staff and us sucked, phones in rool didnt work, room i had there was stains and holes throughout, sjampoo body wash and hand soap was empty, room honestly looked like there was a bloody fight anf was cleaned up poorly very limited options for breakfast and key cards kept disconnecting and the doors would get stuck

Pretty sure room 214 might just be the worst room. Room is so dark no middle light as many have. But the bathroom oh wow. Every tile on the floor was cracked , shifting and missing grout Sink was cracked and the tub was pretty gross even for just a shower Also what ever happened to rooms getting cleaned or bed made plus new towels Definitely this hotel needs some updates 1 floor at a time. They definitely making lots of $$$$

The room was falling apart. The smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling. The bathroom door had two patched holes. The chair had holes in it. The sheets were very old. The furniture knobs were hanging off and were damaged. The room was is in disrepair.

The staff was pleasant, the rooms for the most part were clean but run down. Both our rooms looked like there were fights in them, holes in the doors, carpet stained. Homeless definelty a presence in the area.

Room floors were sticky. Pool was littered with sofgy wet towels, dirt on the pool deck, q-tips in the hot tub for 48 hours + making our stay less than diserable. The hotel is falling to pieces and extremely dirty and the pictures posted are not up to date. Staff did not clean anything after we notified them of the condition. No discpunt or refund offered.

It is not safe in this hotwl area. The security guard and hotel staff were nice a d great but a terrible area. We will not be back as a family as this was not a safe area. A bar and casino near by with homeless ppl everywhere and drunk people around every night. The rooms were gross... bathroom dirty, floors stained and gross. Bed were ok compared to eveythig else.

Didn’t get a key to my room till approximately and hour after I was let in by security. Outside looks run down and shifty. They moved me to a new room that is a bit better but I won’t be staying ever again. Not worth the value being asked. Wouldn’t pay more than $80 a night for this place.
