"This was a great set-up! Mark had the RV set up on the back of his property with water and electrical and sewage hook-ups, so there were no worries of running out of water or filling up the gray and blackwater tanks. It had all the comforts of an apartment or an RV Park, but with the total seclusion of boondocking (truly, I had to drive a half mile up a dirt road through a field to get to it). Sweeping views and lots of quiet. Mark was very available if there were issues, but I didn't have any problems. If you have a vehicle that cannot navigate the field road up to the rental, Mark can shuttle you there. There were lots of mowed trails on the property for quiet walks. I saw deer every time I went for a walk, and once right outside the kitchen window as I was cooking breakfast. This was the perfect place to escape the city for rest and quiet. I highly recommend it (unless it gets too popular for me to book for a retreat again... then.... nooooo . . . don't do it. . . . you won't like it . . . ) But you'll love it. It was awesome. "If you get locked out and it’s freezing cold outside may as well go sleep in your car. Their phone number didn’t work, and their office door was locked. I honestly wouldn’t stay here. "
