I reserved a hotel room as well as 15 wristbands for pool entry and a conference room for a birthday party. The chemicals in the pool area were so strong that a child threw up and many children left the area coughing and unwell. Staff was helpful at check in and during scheduling for the event and the hotel room quality and cleanliness was very good. The pool condition with the chemical imbalance was extremely troubling and I’m genuinely concerned about the families that were exposed.

The place was clean. The sanitation spray that they use in the hall and rooms was strong. (Not too bad in the room.) We received our room card on check-in, went to the room opened it with our card and there was someone already in the room. We had to go down and get another card issued for a different room. Just one incident right? As we were leaving the next day, a woman was at the desk complaining of the same thing that happened to her. I think they need to check out their room software.

The staff was accommodating when I asked for a shower seat (I am handicapped). My only suggestion would be that when a guest asks for a handicapped accessible room/shower, the description of the room include whether the shower is low entry (walk-in) with a seat or not. I found it very difficult to get into the shower over the tub, as the seat they provided me was way too low. I only used the shower once, as it was too dangerous for me to access in my condition. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Big bed; air conditioning was perfect; plenty of space. In unit refrigerator/freezer & microwave. Elevator was appreciated.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is clean and beds are comfortable. Easy to get to any attractions. Breakfast is ok. Only complaint is I wish there were 2 chairs in the room! Someone always has to sit on the bed!
