Parque Cottage - Una casa de vacaciones muy privada y pintoresca.

Park Cottage es un edificio tradicional de Skye construido en la década de 1890 y que ha sido completamente renovado. Ahora calificado con 4 estrellas por VisitScotland, se encuentra al final del parque Bernisdale crofting township, a 9 millas de Portree en una ubicación muy privada, tranquila y pintoresca sin absolutamente ningún tráfico que pase. La sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta está amueblada en un estilo muy hogareño e incluye una grabadora de troncos con los registros provistos. El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama king size con baño privado, que incluye una ducha grande. Hay un segundo cuarto de baño en la planta baja y 2 dormitorios en la planta superior (uno individual y otro doble) que tienen techos de coombrado a los lados y están bien equipados pero son mucho más pequeños. La cocina bien equipada incluye un lavaplatos a lo largo de muchos otros muchos artículos, incluyendo lavado de líquidos, pastillas para lavavajillas, paños de cocina, etc., etc. Park Cottage se encuentra en una excelente ubicación para visitar el norte y el centro de Skye con una estancia mínima de 3 noches y la llegada puede realizarse en cualquier día de la semana. Just perfect

A friend and I wanted to "get away from it all" stayed at this property, and it COMPLETELY delivered. Our neighbours were birds and adorable ewes and lambs, but there are a few other homes in easy walking distance. Amazing view over the Snizort. House was perfection - large shower, comfortable beds, easy to use appliances that worked perfectly. Great, easy to use fire with wood and kindling supplied. Easy drive to attractions such as Dunvegan Castle and Fairy Glen. Lovely outside bit with a picnic table was perfect for leisurely coffee mornings. I can't recommend Park Cottage enough, I am trying to figure out when next to come back! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great location

This property was located perfectly for everything we wanted to do. It was central so we could get easy access to portrait, but it still allowed us to go all directions in the aisle of sky. It was very quiet and very much country setting but still within 10 minutes of town.

Park cottage is absolutely stunning. It is the most amazing cottage the views are stunning and the cottage itself has amazing amenities. There is a small fire place in the living room and the kitchen is beautiful

Perfect place to stay

We (4 adults) had great days in this spacious cozy house! Everything required was there and in perfect shape and clean. We loved to sit at the fireplace in the evenings! Everything on Skye is easy to reach by car, but also public transport is available several times a day. And the owner was so friendly and helpful!

Just fabulous!

We loved everything about this croft. The location, away from the hustle and bustle was what we wanted, yet only 10 minutes to Portree. We had a fire every night, and saw all the sites we wanted each day. It was a perfect 4 nights. The home was clean, comfortable and lovely. Thank you for sharing with us!

Gorgeous, Quiet house

Great place. Quiet with wonderful views but about 20-30 minutes from Portree for groceries and dinner. Place is well set up with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Parking was included. We enjoyed watching the sheep and water each day. We had car trouble and the owners were willing to work with us, give us advice and a little slack while we got the car checked out the next day. Overall, all four of us would gladly go back.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Park Cottage! The cottage had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. We were also very happy with the charging point for our Tesla. This made our stay so much easier. We were most impressed with the amazing view from the hill in the backyard. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful nature of Skye. Also enjoyed diner in Portree. We only had a not so friendly relationship with the midges 😅. Would love to come back some time!

Beautiful stay

A beautiful location to relax and explore from. Part of the family was able to hike nearby attractions while others enjoyed the views and walks around the cottage. The cottage was very well appointed and beautifully renovated to allow for modern conveniences while keeping its charm. The owner was very responsive when asked about local recommendations. We would love to return if only it was sooooo far from Virginia.

Skye Cottage Retreat

The cottage was very well situated to explore and enjoy the Isle of Skye. We loved the private setting with a wonderful view across water to hills in the background. It was a very relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the island. The Croft cottage has been expertly renovated and is well appointed.

Amazing cottage

This was my favorite place of our 3 week stay in Scotland, we loved it. The cottage was perfect, cozy, quiet and comfortable. We loved the area, easy to get into Portree or anywhere else we wanted. This would be one of my first picks to stay in again!

Beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean cottage in stunning location that was in the quiet countryside overlooking the water. Field with sheep next door. Could not have been more impressed. Would definitely stay again. Worth every penny.

Quiet Skye.

Wonderful stay with great living areas, and kitchen. The views were outstanding and peacefulness of the area replenished our souls. Though another couple was supposed to be with us, it ended up just being my wife and I. Waking up to the sheep and their new lambs was a added bonus. Though the weather was not ideal, gale force winds, driving rain, sleet and hail, it didn't stop us from exploring from this ideal location. We will return someday. It was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location

The cottage was exactly as the listing described. Very clean with all the amenities that you would need, great kitchen with everything in it. The views were stunning, I enjoyed taking my first coffee of the day out into the garden and looking over the lock. One night it got a little chilly so the log fire was very handy. The cottage was easy to get to and the communication with the owner was also very pleasant and good.
