Lovely surrounding and very close to the beach

The accomodation and all equipment is simple and a bit used, but everything needed was there to enjoy a private little space. The short walk to the beach is wonderful, because the resort is beautfully arranged.

logement vétuste et trés mauvais rapport qualité prix

Logement vĂ©tuste, sale dans le sens d'un trĂ©s mauvais entretien et meublĂ© et Ă©quipĂ© avec des Ă©quipements hors d'age. Meubles et Ă©quipents cassĂ©s, bloc climatisation envahi par des plantes collĂ©es Ă  l'Ă©changeur; "la climatisation marche trĂ©s bien". DOUCHE BOUCHEE, receveur dĂ©bordant ! mise Ă  disposition d'une ventouse, propriĂ©taire gĂ©nĂ©reux. Meuble cusine avec un tiroir cassĂ©. CuIsine minimaliste. Tout serait tolĂ©rable si le prix n'Ă©tait pas au niveau de logements dans des rĂ©sidences fermĂ©es, parfois avec piscine, modernes et propres. Nous avons pu comparer prĂ©cisĂ©ment puisque nous avions 6 couples d'amis logeant dans trois rĂ©sidences, situĂ©es sur le versant, "bar plage". La mauvaise foi et le mĂ©pris rĂ©gnant, "passez votre petite semaine de vacances" ou "votre mail est offensant". La discussion s'est arrĂ©tĂ©e lorsque l'Ă©tat de la cimatisation a Ă©tĂ© Ă©voquĂ©e. NON, l'annonce n'est pas conforme Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©, une seule Ă©vidence, les fermetures sont blanches, ceci alors qu'elles ont Ă©tĂ© changĂ©es en alu noir... Coffre fort d'un autre age, cassĂ©. La serrure de la porte vitrĂ©e qui sert de porte d'entrĂ©e n'offre AUCUNE sĂ©curitĂ© et je suis le seul Ă  avoir, chaque fois, aprĂ©s plusieurs essais rĂ©ussi Ă  la "fermer". La rĂ©sidence, en cul de sac, ne permet pas de dĂ©poser les bagages, elle inaccessible Ă  un handicapĂ©, et il n'y a pas de bornes pour voitures Ă©lectriques, imposĂ©es ! Je me suis trompĂ© quant Ă  localisation recherchĂ©e, d'oĂč ce choix.

FĂŒr uns und unser kleiner Hund war die Temperatur sehr angenehm - konnten auch baden gehen (fĂŒr die Einheimischen sei es noch zu kalt). FĂŒr's Wandern brauchten wir jeweils rund eine Stunde Anfahrzeit mit dem Auto - die Landschaft war so schön, dass dies jeweils einem Ausflug gleich kam. Mit dem Mountainbike konnten wir nicht viel unternehmen - auf der Strasse zu langweilig, im GelĂ€nde zu unsicher. Wir können die Gegend und die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen - angenehm sonnig und im Mai noch sehr ruhig (an den letzten Maitagen zeigte sich der aufkommende "Rummel").

Gute Lage, aber abgewohnt

Die Mini Villa hat eine super Lage, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Anlage ist schön. Allerdings weist die Immobilie einige MĂ€ngel auf, die uns sehr gestört haben. Die HaupttĂŒre ist eine SchiebetĂŒre und lĂ€sst sich nicht korrekt verschließen. Egal wie der Hebel der TĂŒre veschlossen wird, die TĂŒre lĂ€sst sich ohne SchlĂŒssel öffnen. Ein Safe ist vorhanden, jedoch defekt. Somit waren unsere Wertsachen den gesamten Zeitraum ungesichert. Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammen geschoben wurden und nachts auseinandergerutscht sind. FĂŒr 4 HandtĂŒcher und das Bettlaken wurde eine zusĂ€tzliche GebĂŒhr verlangt, diese wurden dann in 15 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt. Die HandtĂŒcher mussten wir dann selbst waschen.

Maison les pieds dans l’eau

Maison avec jardin et terrasse pratique mĂȘme si un peu sous Ă©quipĂ©e. La proximitĂ© du petit supermarchĂ© et des restaurants est un plus. Enfin la maison est parfaitement situĂ©e pour aller Ă  la plage Ă  pied.

Location correspondant totalement au descriptif. Accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able et chaleureux de Ket
😀. TrĂšs agrĂ©able de se retrouver en 5 mn sur la merveilleuse plage de Santa Giulia. Logement trĂšs fonctionnel bien Ă©quipĂ©, et la climatisation est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable : on se sent Ă  la maison facilement. L’espace vert de la copropriĂ©tĂ© est trĂšs bien entretenu. Merci pour l’accueil de notre chienne : elle s’est Ă©galement bien adaptĂ©e. SĂ©jour trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© et validĂ©e pour toute la famille : Ă  l’annĂ©e prochaine !

Des vacances formidables

La villa est idéalement située et trÚs bien équipée - il ne manque rien. La plage est à proximité et il y a un parking privatif quelques mÚtres loin de la villa. La terrasse et le jardin privatif sont magnifiques. L'hÎte a envoyé toutes les informations de bonne heure et tout était bien arrangé pour notre arrivée. En conséquence nous avons passés des vacances merveilleuses et inoubliables. Merci beaucoup!
