Beautiful villa completed in 2011, with swimming pool common to another villa (outdoor shower). Comfortable, neat and nice quality interior. nice and quiet place, close to sandy beaches (1st beach 2 km). Ideal for family vacations.

A terrace with table and 6 chairs in wicker, parasol, a local cooking with gas Webber BBQ. Plancha on request.

1 living / dining room, sofa, furniture, TV, air conditioning.

1 kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes.

Toilet with hand washing

Cellar: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bathrooms: large Italian shower, sink 2 basins, toilet, bidet.

3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed in 140 and 1 with 2 beds 90. Large closets and air conditioning. Each room opens onto a terrace.

The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are equipped with motorized shutters, with an order to the entrance of the house for opening and closing all the shutters.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce logement ! Elle est très propre et bien entretenue. La situation est idéale pour les excursions et les plages sont magnifiques dans les environs. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern, liegt wenige Autominuten vom Stadtkern Porto-Vecchios mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten entfernt in einem ländlichen Teil. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und super ausgestattet. Der Check in war leicht und die Kommunikation mit Jenny sehr zuverlässig. Die Vermieterin hat uns zudem bei einer Autopanne sehr geholfen und Werkstatt und Abschleppservice vermittelt. Das war sehr nett und ist nicht selbstverständlich, weil es sie persönlich viel Zeit gekostet hat. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einer der schönsten Gegenden Korsikas und die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Un séjour magnifique

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en juillet dans la villa louée par Jenny. La villa est magnifique, extrêmement bien entretenue et complètement climatisée. Tout est parfait. Il y a aussi un coin cuisson extérieur avec Plancha et Barbecue… Bref rien ne manque. Nous avons donc passé un séjour topissime. Jenny est une hôte prévenante qui fait tout pour que vos vacances soient inoubliables! La villa est aussi très bien située: sur la route qui même à Palombaggia tout en étant à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Porto Vecchio. Vous pouvez donc louer cette villa les yeux fermés…. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine!

Un moment de paradis

Tout d'abord, merci à Jenny et à son mari qui sont vraiment très gentils et accueillants ! La maison est superbe, le coin calme, la piscine tranquille... Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances mémorables. Je note que la maison est TRES propre, les chambres sont grandes et pleines de rangements. La cuisine est équipée donc nous pouvons cuisiner de bons petits plats ! Vous êtes à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville, et proches de beaucoup de jolies plages ! N'hésitez pas, venez passer des vacances entre amis chez Jenny !

Cette maison est à l'image de ce que l'on souhairerait avoir à l'année. Le premier point est la propreté et la qualité des matériaux utilisés. Les chambres sont spacieuses, équipées d'immenses placards coulissants, la literie est irréprochable. La salle de bain est superbe et grande La cuisine est bien agencée, de qualité, beaucoup de rangements, cuisson à gaz. Salon, SàM décorés avec gout Terrasse ombragée par un immense parasol avec la piscine à dix mètres, Nous avons passé trois semaines idéales dans cette maison Jenny et son mari sont très sympathiques Situation calme, a quelques kilomètres de Palombaggia. A louer sans aucune hésitation

Sejour idéal

Magnifique séjour dans une maison magnifique. Tout y est prévu pour être aussi (voir plus) confortable que chez soi. Le mobilier est très design, sans être fragile et avec une touche personnelle qui rend l'atmosphère très conviviale. C'était très agréable avec les enfants. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Jenny, avec panier gourmand corse (au top)! Elle est toujours disponible pour chaque demande, même inhabituelle. En dehors de la piscine,bien sécurisée, dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter (a cause du vent), c'était parfait. En plus la corse est absolument magnifique! Sejour et location recommandée+++.

Une villa neuve, meublée avec goût et équipée avec soin, accueillante et d'une propreté irréprochable, un environnement calme et reposant, tout en étant proche de tous les pôles d'intérêt, en bref le logement idéal pour une semaine de découverte(s) du sud de la Corse. Malgré une météo " diluvienne ", notre séjour a été rendu merveilleux par les soins attentifs ( sans être pesants ) des propriétaires, qui ont, par leur gentillesse, leurs conseils (visites, artisans, etc, (sans oublier les oeufs frais !) illuminé les jours pluvieux d'un soleil formidable. Marc + 4 personnes.

Maison chaleureuse à vivre!

Il est difficile de s'exprimer sur ce très agréable séjour en seulement 2500 caractères!!!, tant on aurait de choses à dire... L'accueil extrêmement chaleureux des propriétaires du lieux..., une très belle maison de plein pied, très fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, à deux pas des très belles plages de Santa Giulia et de Palombaggia qui font le succès de la Corse et des randonnées en montagne dans les reliefs de l'Alta Rocca "pays d'accueil" . Et un grand merci à toutes ces belles rencontres de vacances : Jenny & Robert en tête..., Ange, Jean-Pierre, Paul, Annie, Christelle, Hervé & Lætitia, et le très célèbre chanteur Stéphane Marcellesi.
