Ideally located between sea and mountains, a few minutes from the city and the port, and the most beautiful sandy beaches of the far south.
Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Rondinara ... are only a few minutes away.
Large pleasantly shaded garden, summer kitchen, barbecue, terrace and garden furniture.
Land and water recreation within 10 min. of car.
The house consists of 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms upstairs. Capacity for 6 people (with a maximum of 8 with 2 folding extra beds).
Note that the bathroom and separate WC are in an adjoining building.
A fully equipped closed summer kitchen is also available.
