Superbe appartement très bien situé

Appartement très bien équipé, à quelque minutes à pied du port et du centre-ville, à 15mn des premières plages. Piscine de la résidence très agréable et tranquille. Résidence en retrait de la route, donc calme, sécurisée par portail, vue mer. Petit bémol, manque de places de stationnement. L'acces aux garages devrait être autorisé vu qu'ils sont quasiment tous vides.
