We had a wonderful stay at the Gran Cruz. It is right down on the water with tons of delicious restaurants right outside the hotel. The bed and bedding was luxurious and the breakfast was delicious!

Overall great hotel. Great location and the friendliest staff. Rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. They gave us a complimentary bottle of Port Wine which was lovely. I gave it 4 stars ONLY because the one downfall is there is live music outside near the river that plays from morning time until 10-10:30pm at night and we had a room facing the river. The windows are not soundproof at all and it was very loud in the room. So just be weary when booking a river view.
