I do not give five stars, Staff (could be friendlier, needs bit more training about customer service - at least be helpful as not everything will be perfect). Great stay in good area

Clean, comfortable hotel on a walk street with many restaurants. A little hard to find driving with the GPS because of the no traffic streets. Pay parking was close by. Hotel staff was very good, the room was good and the area was good. Would recommend this hotel.

Amazing location! Walking distance to many of the sites including the riverfront. Great restaurants near by and drink spots. Great patios with live music on the streets which made for fun evenings and a great vibe. Clean rooms and large shower. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was fabulous and I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Porto. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is excellent The staff is so friendly.
