Bright and Beautiful One Bedroom Apartment

Enjoy Portland while staying in our light and bright basement apartment in the University Park neighborhood of St. Johns. Walking distance to the University of Portland, and a great food truck pod. We are less than 5 mi from the Moda Center. It's a nice get away from downtown Portland, but only a 15 minute drive. Also close to the beautiful St. John's bridge/park and the Alberta Arts District. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a sleeper sofa. There's a separate entrance.
The space
The living room has a smart TV with streaming services. There's a fold down couch that turns into a futon type bed in the living room. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, toaster and electric kettle. There is a short set of stairs down to the apartment.
