Place is magnificent: My husband and I always enjoy our stay at the Brix. Team members: Mr.Otis, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Nathaniel we always so lucky to have them present when we visit they always so warm, very polite it's like family. Last but not least Ms. Kizzy who always make sure our room is well kept. Thank you all for the outstanding service it's one of the reasons we keep staying at the Brix.

Very clean and spacious property right in the centre of Port of Spain. Helpful staff, good room service and excellent breakfast with local cuisine options which I really enjoyed. Recommended for a first visit to Trinidad.

At breakfast my dad took in sick and had to go back to the room. I asked the supervisor for a take away box to put some stuff for him because we were already paying extra for his breakfast. She said that food from buffet cannot be taken to room , she then offered some fruit and a pastry. I obliged, however a few minutes after , another gentleman had two bowls and a plate of food , I heard him telling them that he’s taking it back to his room and he was facilitated. Does Brix offer special rules for certain guests? Am I not in a certain income bracket to reap the rewards at your hotel?! Although the supervisor was kind and helpful , I was treated unfairly in comparison to this other customer. Do better!!!

The Brix is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend a lot of time in the center of Trinidad. The pool is clean and receives direct sunlight however there is no pool service, so you will have to buy drinks in the lobby and bring it to the pool (it's not a problem but something to keep in mind, if you like to be served by the pool) Housekeeping is very diligent about cleaning and emptying trash everyday. The hotel staff are nice and greet you in every corridor. I hope to return to the Brix for Carnival 2026, since it is so close to where Carnival takes place. The hotel food is great and they have an awesome rooftop for nights, you want to go out but do not feel like figuring out transportation (you definitely need a car or shuttle service to get around Trinidad).

My family and I had an excellent experience. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The room was super nice, spacious, clean . Room service was excellent. The rooftop bar was relaxing, they just need a good dj for Saturday night.
