We had our annual family vacation here. The house is beautiful and set up specifically for vacations. We really enjoyed our stay and the views were great. We also hired a photographer and were able to get some great pictures out in front of the house.

The house is beautiful and being right on the beach was great. We had our Christmas gathering and had plenty of room for the whole family.The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.Thank you Mark for a wonderful vacation!

Clean, comfortable, lots of activities, plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. Hosts were SUPER responsive and helpful with questions. Will be looking to make this an annual trip.

This is by far the best beachfront property in crystal beach. The beach house is absolutely gorgeou, and the host is spot on. We can't wait to come again.

The property was beautiful and as shown in photographs. Mark was very responsive and timely in answering all questions I had regarding the property. There is a house book on the property that is informative once you get there but I had questions about what type of appliances and cook/bakeware available so we could plan our meals, etc. There were plenty of beach toys/beach chairs, although we brought a canopy for the beach and other taller chairs. It was luckily a bit overcast while we were there so our canopy wasn't used but glad we had it had the full sun been out all day. All in all we would return to this property!

This place was excellent and very comfortable, i hosted my immediate family here for 3 nights and everyone was very pleased with the accommodations and the vicinity to the beach. The swim-spa was a hit for the kiddos. Would definitely book again!

The house was unbelievable! The view of the beach from the living room with all the open windows was just absolutely fantastic. Dealing with the host was outstanding. I cannot express in enough words how beautiful the home is and how my family enjoyed being together on this property. We enjoyed all of the amenities the home offered!

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our big family vacation on the beach. This rental home was absolutely beautiful. They had everything we needed and more. Beachfront convenience with beach supplies, comfortable beds, great A/C, and plenty of porch seating to see the sunrise and set!!!

We LOVED this home. It truly was the dream vacation we all needed! The pool and deck looking out to the beach was the highlight of this home for us! We have small kids and it was so nice to be able to go to the beach for a little and come back to swim in the pool. The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 people family vacation! Highly recommend this home!

This property is beautiful with amazing views of and many amenities!It’s the best on the beach. Our family and friends truly enjoyed easy beach access, the pool, and hot tub! This property has an everything you need, making it very easy to relax. Everything was easy- from booking, check in/out and immediate help with the sound system. Highly recommend and plan to return!

This house and location are top notch and the host is very responsive. There is lots of parking, a spacious deck and a modern but comfortable decor. We loved the kitchen, the pool, the hot tub, the game room and of course the beach which is steps away. The beds and sofa are very comfortable and the layout is great for family movie night. Our entire family loved it! Definitely recommend!

Bolivar Peninsula Getaway

This home was large, new, and just as beautiful as the pictures! We had such a great time and never wanted for anything. Thoughtful owners have thought of every convenience. We loved hanging out in the hot tub, heated pool, and downstairs game room. There was truly something for everyone, and just steps from the beach.

Great space for multiple families!

Our stay was very comfortable. The house accommodated our group/family very well. Nice and clean, great gathering spaces/amenities and comfortable beds! The host communicates in a timely manner and is helpful. We really enjoyed our time! Fun to explore a new area for all of us. Just a note about the beach - it is quite busy, especially on the weekend. The gated area downstairs is especially helpful with little ones.

To start, Mark was fantastic at answering any questions we had about this house and he responded very quickly. We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this rental home. The moment we walked in, we were struck by how spotless and well cared-for everything was. The house is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout, creating a space that feels both stylish and welcoming.The setting was wonderfully peaceful—perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and truly feeling “away.” Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the serene atmosphere, made our stay memorable.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and tranquil retreat. We can’t wait to return!
