L’emplacement, le parking L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel mais la cuisine mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e car elle n’est pas pratique. L’appartement est prĂ©sentĂ© pour 4 personnes
 Du coup les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas adaptĂ©s : poĂȘles, essoreuse Ă  salade, DĂ©coration un peu vieillotte Lit de 140 dans une immense chambre

Magnifique location pour un excellent séjour.

SituĂ© dans un immeuble de bon standing et bĂ©nĂ©ficiant d’une vue panoramique sur la baie de Pornichet – La Baule, cet appartement prĂ©sente de beaux volumes (60mÂČ pour deux piĂšces !); dĂ©corĂ©, meublĂ© et Ă©quipĂ© avec goĂ»t et des Ă©lĂ©ments modernes de bonne facture, il dispose Ă©galement d’un box privatif, trĂšs apprĂ©ciable (voire indispensable selon la saison) sur le front de mer de cette station. Le balcon, dont nous avons pu largement profiter en ce dĂ©but dĂ©cembre clĂ©ment, est Ă©galement de belle taille. La literie est bien ferme et l’appartement bien insonorisĂ©. Pour rĂ©sumer, une magnifique location pour un excellent sĂ©jour.

Gros travaux sur la place pendant notre séjour !

Emplacement trÚs bien situé avec vue sur la mer. Petit inconvénient, des travaux sont en cours sur la place en face de la résidence, mais aucun bruit durant notre séjour puisque nous avons séjournés durant les jours fériés et par conséquent les ouvriers ne travaillaient pas. D'un maniÚre générale, la résidence était calme. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Pour le véhicule il y a des box sous la résidence ce qui est appréciable pour éviter de chercher une place en ville car c'est un peu compliqué. Par contre pour les grands voitures c'est trÚs juste pour se garer. Bien se renseigner en amont pour la dimension du box tant en longueur qu'en hauteur pour ceux qui ont des véhicules plus haut. Nous avons été bien accueillis par la personne de la conciergerie. Prévoir des effets de toilette car nous avons payé une option pour 6 jours et pour un couple, et j'ai trouvé que cela faisait un peu juste pour 5 serviettes. Petit conseil, prévoir des serviettes supplémentaires et des gants de toilette non fournis. Un avantage, il y a un petit commerce d'épicerie à proximité pour dépannage et des restaurants de plage. Un restaurant trÚs sympathique "Grain de Folie" au niveau du 150 Bd des Océanides. TrÚs bon accueil, le serveur et le patron sont vraiment trÚs agréables. Ils nous ont laissé une trÚs bonne impression.

La vue est superbe, l'appartement est trĂšs lumineux et trĂšs calme. Le stationnement Ă©tant compliquĂ© nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le garage sous la rĂ©sidence Une lampe supplĂ©mentaire serait utile dans le sĂ©jour ( il faut aller dans l'entrĂ©e pour trouver les interupteurs ),lampe qui pourrait ĂȘtre sur le petit vaisselier Sinon tout est parfait
