"Gulf Stream" is a 130m² family home renovated in the Nantes style over three levels with a garden and a 20m² terrace. It is located 400m from the beach, the Thalassotherapy centre and the first restaurants, and only 500m from the train station and the centre of Pornic.

It has two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a dormitory bedroom under the roof on the first floor with four single beds that can accommodate up to 8 people.



On the ground floor, there is a living room - library with TV and WIFI access. Two double rooms (160 beds), bathroom and toilet complete this level. On the attic floor, there is a relaxation area for children with board games and video consoles, a room (4 beds of 90) and a bathroom with toilet. The last level consists of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room with access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press, kitchen utensils and food processor. An independent toilet and a third bathroom complete the rental. For maximum comfort, you have a washing machine, three hairdryers, two fans, an ironing table and iron, a travel cot and outdoor furniture (table, shade sail and charcoal barbecue).
