In the land of Cyrano de Bergerac, in a peaceful village of the PĂ©rigord Pourpre, the Villa du Mas des ChĂȘnes welcomes you for a friendly stay with family or friends.
You are invited to this beautiful house surrounded by a tree-filled and flowered park, with a warm charm and a pool (unheated) accessible from May to mid-October.
Comfortable for 6 people, the villa offers on the ground floor a bright living room with sofa, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. This space leads to a large covered south-facing terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. You will also find a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine, and separate toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet are at your disposal. Outside, an annex houses a summer kitchen (plancha, refrigerator, sink, barbecue), a tiled shower, and a toilet. A solar shower and sun loungers complete the amenities.
Please note that bed linen and towels (bath and beach) are not included but can be rented on site from the owners for an extra fee. It is recommended to contact them in advance.
A welcome booklet is available for you to explore the region. From the villa, you can easily reach by car the markets of Bergerac, Eymet, and Issigeac, the castles of Monbazillac and Bridoire, bastides, medieval villages, wine cellars, and various activities such as canoeing, barge trips, or the Vigiers golf course. Perfect Holiday
The property was fantastic, extremely clean and very well equipped. We loved the outdoor space, the outdoor kitchen area and of course the pool!
Our hosts were amazing, they were welcoming, kind and attentive and went the extra mile when one of our party required a visit to the doctor.
The property's location was ideal and we did not have far to drive to visit local attractions. We loved Bergerac and Canoeing, all of which were less than 20 minutes drive away. We loved being out in the countryside and can't recommend the area and propery enough.

La location est trĂšs agrĂ©able. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ© et les serviettes, drap de lit et torchon sont fournis. La piscine est aussi trĂšs bien (un peu fraĂźche pour les personnes frileuses en cas de mauvais temps). Les propriĂ©taires qui se situent sur le mĂȘme terrain sont trĂšs sympa et discret. Pas besoin de s'occuper de la piscine le propriĂ©taire s'en charge tous les matins (mais la piscine est dĂ©diĂ©e au locataire). La maison borde un bois et les alentours sont trĂšs calme. La maison se situe Ă environ 15 min du centre de Bergerac.
