Cet appartement T2 de 50m² au cœur du centre historique de Poitiers est idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis pour découvrir la ville et son centre-ville.

Le logement se compose d'une jolie pièce de vie avec un coin salon avec un canapé convertible et un coin repas, et d'une cuisine séparée et entièrement aménagée (machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, four, micro-onde, etc...). L'appartement dispose d'une grande chambre avec lit double 160 avec un autre coin salon avec TV et wifi sur place. La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire et les WC sont séparés.
