The location is fantastic- beachfront, walk to the boardwalk but enough distance from it that it doesn’t feel chaotic. Check in wasn’t great because we never got a text that the room was ready! Lucinda was one of the nicest and helpful staff members I’ve encountered- The pools are very nice -3 of them plus a small kid pool. Some tlc needed on screen doors and bathroom fans, etc. but pretty nice for the Jersey shore overall.

The girl at the front desk was unbelievable I have not had such good customer service in years. I hope she is recognized for her exceptional work. She had blonde hair I’m sorry if didnt get her name her positive attitude and attention to detail was so appreciated.

This place is right on the beach and they have beach chairs and towels you can use. The office to check in is across the street. After noon, you can pre check in and they tell you they will contact you when your room becomes available. This is not true. They don’t contact you so expect a line at check in time. It’s walking distance to the board walk.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. The location is great but that’s about it. Room was musty and we woke up the first morning to no hot water. I’m glad we only stayed two nights. Lesson learned… don’t be drawn in by Resort & Spa label.
