Pure nature at the Limes: Andrea's cozy apartment for 4 people

Our apartment, renovated in summer 2018, has a large and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven with large hob, two coffee machines (powder / pods possible), microwave, refrigerator, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, cookware, chinaware, dining table with corner bench and 3 Chairs, coffee bar with stool, and a high chair for toddlers.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with toilet, tub, shower, washing machine, changing table and ironing board. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin.
The bedroom has a large double bed (2m x2m), wardrobe, a baby bed and satellite TV.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with a box-spring double bed function (1.6mx 2m) and a smart TV.
A cozy terrace in the garden with comfortable garden furniture, a beach chair, barbecue facilities and sun loungers with parasols invites you to linger and eat.
Free guest WiFi (DSL 10,000) is available free of charge.

We heat our entire house in a climate-neutral manner. We only operate our modern wood central heating with hot water supply using wood from the surrounding community forest.
A small group of free-range chicken ladies can deliver your breakfast egg fresh to your table on request.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible via a staircase. Attention: The room height averages around 2.10 m.

Tolle Dorf-Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt, vor allem nicht an Ruhe und Platz!! Vom gemütlichen Sofa über die gesellige Wohnküche bis hin zur chilligen Badewanne und oder dem Liegestuhl im Garten :) ... Man kann hier herrlich abschalten!!

GERNE WIEDER! Schöne, saubere, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung und sehr nette, freundliche Vermieter.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön geräumig, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Vom Wasserkocher über Mikrowelle bis hin zur Spülmaschine, 2 Fernsehgeräten und Waschmaschine, um nur ein paar Geräte zu nennen, gibt es im Wohnzimmer eine große, gemütliche Couch mit Schlaffunktion; die Küche verfügt über eine Sitzecke und einen zusätzlichen Herd. Im Flur gibt es einen kleinen Gästekühlschrank mit "einheimischen Leckereien". Die selbstgemachte Marmelade ist sehr zu empfehlen!!! Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit! Von Pohl aus kann man in kurzer Zeit Ausflugsziele wie z. B. Koblenz, Bad Ems, die Burgen und Schlösser im Rhein- und Lahntal erreichen. Auch ein Besuch im Limeskastell in Pohl ist sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Führung durch den originalgetreuen Nachbau des in Pohl gefundenen Kastells gibt einen Einblick in das Leben und Wirken der römischen Grenzsoldaten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen richtig schönen und erholsamen Kurzurlaub. GERNE WIEDER!

Perfekt für ein Wochenende zum Erholen

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Haus von sehr netten Besitzern. Zur Verfügung steht ein Garten (Sitzmöglichkeiten/Grillecke) - sehr angenehm an heißen Tagen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig (das Wohnzimmer kann als separates Schlafzimmer genutzt werden - den Gästen steht dann ein separates WC zur Verfügung). Die Couch sieht sehr bequem aus. Ist auch keine übliche Couch. Geräumige Küche, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden; Sitzecke, um ein Frühstück zu genießen ist in der Küche. Das Bad grenzt an das Schlafzimmer (Schlafzimmer = Übergangszimmer). Da es aber das separate WC gibt, sollte es auch kein Problem sein. P Was für mich sehr wichtig ist - die Sauberkeit. Ich verreise mit meinem Desinfektionsmittel - hier fühlte ich mich direkt wohl. Man spürt, dass sich hier die Eigentümer wirklich um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemühen. Die Frau ist auch extrem süß. Wir verreisten mit Kind - Kinderhochstuhl, Babyhandtuch und ein Wickeltisch - alles vorhanden. Gitterbett - Gitter recht tief - noch nichts für unseren Kleinen, der noch nicht versteht, dass man besser den „Ausgang“ nehmen sollte. Wichtig: man hat das Appartement nicht ganz für sich, da die Besitzer in den Keller laufen könnten (und da gibt es keine separate Tür). Man bemühte sich vermutlich uns nicht zu stören, da wir zu keiner Zeit jemanden hörten - dies sollte aber in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Man wird nur über die Tatsache informiert, ohne danach zu fragen, ob es für einen i.O. ist (man mietet ja das Objekt für eine bestimmte Zeit). Matratzen - für meinen Mann zu hart, für mich zu weich 😂 Fakt ist - diese liegen uneben. Unter dem Bettlaken ist scheinbar ein wasserfester Matratzenschoner. Dieser verursacht, dass man wie im Krankenhaus unangenehm schwitzt. Es ist aber so, dass es nicht jedem unbedingt stören muss. Nur den empfindlichen (wie mich). Man kann sich auch mit Sachen aus dem Gästekühlschrank bedienen - die Preise sind fair. Wir haben selbstgemachte Marmelade gekauft - diese konnte ich heute bei der Torte für meinen Kleinen verwenden. Wirklich lecker - also am besten zuschlagen. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass jemand unzufrieden sein könnte. Uns fehlte an nichts und die Natur sowie ein Spielplatz sind in der Nähe. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende!

Saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung!

Optimale Ferienwohnung um den Rhein Lahn Kreis zu erkunden. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ca. 30 min zu erreichen. Das Kastell Pohl ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz. Alles ist sehr sauber und in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Es sind sogar 2 Fernseher vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung vor allem für Familien sehr empfehlen.
