Trash should be dropped at the community trash center on your way out, on the right, before you exit through the main gate. Hours: Daily from 8am to 10pm; Staffed from 8am to 2pm and 2:30pm to 6pm.
Winter rentals only: please set the mini splits to 60 degrees when the outside temperature is below freezing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests must read and abide by all community rules and policies, any fines incurred by your group during your stay must be paid by you.
Two vehicle maximum in driveway. No street parking and no overnight parking in community lots.
Checkout 11am. Dishes must be washed and trash must be taken to community trash center. Please note we do not have a dishwasher at the house.

Awesome cool house in a great location!

We had an awesome stay at this house by the creek! The setting was peaceful and relaxing, with the sound of the creek outside adding to the chill atmosphere. The unique interior design really stood out, and every detail felt thoughtful and added to the cozy vibes. Our family enjoyed exploring the area and spending time together both inside and out. My daughter and I especially liked to relax on the hammock swings by the creek. The location is perfect and is super close to the main island pool/beach also. Highly recommended!
