What a stunning collection of seaside landscapes! Located between the sea and the countryside in Plounévez Lochrist, near the seaside resort of Plouescat, between Roscoff and Les Abers, La Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara awaits you for unforgettable moments with family and friends.
This array of landscapes will charm you with beautiful walks and the perfect setting to recharge!

La Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara, fully renovated in 2020, is just 8 minutes from a stunning fine-sand beach and the GR 34 trail—220 square meters of relaxation where everyone can enjoy their stay: 1 large living area with an open-concept kitchen leading into the dining room and living room, a bathroom on the first floor, and a separate restroom; on the first floor: 3 large bedrooms with queen-size beds—one of the three bedrooms also features a second single bed; also on the first floor, you’ll find a large bathroom with a toilet as well as a relaxation area with a play area for children; on the second floor are 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed; on the second floor, there’s also a lounge for reading or relaxing. Each of our bedrooms is equipped with walk-in closets
Outside, there is a terrace, a lawn area for outdoor games, and 5 parking spaces within the fully fenced property.

From May through September, you can enjoy our brand-new outdoor relaxation area featuring a large, heated private pool exclusively for guests of La Bâtisse...

New for the end of 2022: a new indoor relaxation area is now open with direct access to the property:
- Open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Features a large 5- to 6-person spa and a relaxation lounge

Séjour gâché par les propriétaires

Nous avions réservé la maison pour 15 personnes (12 adultes et 3 enfants) mais les propriétaires nous ont envoyé de nombreux messages pendant le week end pour nous demander avec insistance combien nous étions « vraiment »??. Ils ont été rigides et intrusifs et nous avions l’impression d’être surveillés. Autrement les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables mais il y avait en effet des odeurs d’égouts dans la maison et nous n’avons pas tous pu nous doucher à l’eau chaude. Dommage
