Welcome to this beautiful 4* house of 86 m², located in the beautiful town of Pleubian near the sea! You will find all the equipment and comfort necessary for a successful stay with family or friends! This modern dwelling has a beautiful living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped separate kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 2 shower rooms as well as a large south-facing garden with two terraces to enjoy a good meal outside! Private parking. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi.
The house: The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - An entrance hall. - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV (Netflix equipment) as well as a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. - A separate kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. - A bathroom with a shower, a basin and a toilet.
On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a Queen-Size bed. - Bedroom 2: spacious and attic with two single beds that can be brought together to create a King-Size bed.
Exterior: - A large garden with trees, of 800m ² exposed south which guarantees an optimal sunshine. - Two wooden terraces (26 and 36m ²) exposed east and west and furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside!

Bien dans l'ensemble
Seule la propreté du gîte laissait quelque peu à désirer, les vitres avaient dû être nettoyé avec une serviette au vu des traces, et le sol moyennement propre.
Mais cela n'est qu'un détail largement compensé par la vue et l'emplacement de l'hébergement.
Quant à la télévision, un système beaucoup plus basique serait certainement plus adéquat.

Séjour du 4 au 11 avril. Service de conciergerie parfait : disponible, attentif, réactif et grande gentillesse de l'accueil, merci à Annaick ! Propreté absolument impeccable. Logement moderne, très agréable, confortable et fonctionnel avec des prestations de qualité - Calme absolu - A 5 minutes à pieds du sillon de Talbert.

Ich kann nur warnen
Schon die Anreise war eine Katastrophe. Google Maps leitet einen zu einer falschen Straße. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur, die für die Vermietung zuständig ist, waren zwar bemüht, aber nicht in der Lage, mir telefonisch bzw. per SMS in einem einigermaßen verständlichen Englisch eine Wegbeschreibung zu geben. Nur durch Zufall habe ich das Grundstück gefunden, andere Mieter haben mich dann netterweise zu dem Haus geführt.
Das Haus ist auf den ersten Blick wie auf den Fotos, auf den zweiten aber eine Katastrophe. Ameisen laufen auf beiden Etagen, sogar in den Betten fanden sich welche. Bei der ersten Benutzung blieb die Klobürste stecken, weil der Griff schon angebrochen war. Unter dem Bett fand ich eine Kindersocke der Vormieter (vielleicht auch der Vorvorvormieter?).
Der WLAN-Router funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Da auch der Fernseher daran hing, gab es in der Wohnung weder Internet noch TV. Das "Bemühen" der Agentur beschränkte sich darauf, dass ich den Router des Nachbarhauses ausprobieren sollte (und mich selber um das Passwort kümmern musste, denn ich habe in den 7 Tagen nicht ein Mal eine Person dieser Agentur zu Gesicht bekommen). Das funktionierte auch nicht und der Rest war Schweigen.
Der Sonnenschirm, der auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, ist übrigens auch nicht vorhanden, wieder nur ein Schulterzucken der Agentur.
Die "Garderobe" für ein 4-Personen-Haus besteht aus 2 Haken. Wenn man seine Jacke daran aufhängt, hängt sie unten in dort abgestellte Putzeimer (die wohl suggerieren sollen, dass das Haus geputzt wird - wie man an den alten Socken sieht, ist das eher eine Illusion)
Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, aber beschränkt sich auf das allernötigste. Das Wohnzimmer hat den Charme eines Krankenhaus-Zimmers.
Das einzige Fenster im 1.OG, durch das man evtl. das Meer hätte sehen könnte, ist durch einen nicht hochzuziehenden Rolladen zu gemacht.
Und das waren nur einige Beispiele. Nichts an diesem Haus rechtfertigt diesen eher hohen Preis.
