De woning is gebouwd in de traditie van de Perigord en bestaat onder meer uit een in oude stenen opgetrokken toren. In deze toren bevindt zich een mooie ruime slaapkamer, waar men zich in een kasteeltoren waant.



Dit vakantiehuis (90 m²) biedt ruimte aan maximaal 6 personen en is gelegen in Plazac. Er is WiFi beschikbaar, een espressomachine en 2 fietsen ter beschikking. Zelf inchecken is mogelijk en er is parkeergelegenheid op het terrein.



De keuken/woonkamer van ruim 30 m² heeft deuren naar beide terrassen. Er is comfortabele vloerverwarming en een houtkachel. Er is (NL) televisie. De eetkeuken heeft een elektrische oven, afwasmachine en grote koelkast. Er staat een grote eettafel.



Op de begane grond is een ruime slaapkamer met twee bedden waar een tweepersoonsbed van gemaakt kan worden. De badkamer op de begane grond heeft een douche en toilet. Er is een wasmachine.



Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 2 slaapvertrekken: een ruime lichte slaapkamer in de toren met een tweepersoonsbed en twee eenpersoonsbedden op de entresol.



Er zijn 6 dekbedden en 6 kussens. Er is een extra kinderbed en kinderstoel. Er is ook speelgoed en boeken voor kinderen beschikbaar.



Er zijn 2 overdekte terrassen, zodat gekozen kan worden tussen zon of schaduw. In de privétuin is een barbecue aanwezig en er is een gedeeld zwembad en een tafeltennistafel. Ventilators zijn beschikbaar voor warme dagen.



De naastliggende oude boerderij is ook te huur.



Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn beschikbaar voor een extra vergoeding per persoon. Verplichte eindschoonmaak is van toepassing. Kosten per hond per dag zijn beschikbaar voor een extra vergoeding. Een borg is vereist.
