"Visiting Phi Phi Island was one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. The scenery is incredible, especially the turquoise water and dramatic cliffs. The boat tour was so much fun, and the atmosphere is lively but still peaceful. Highly recommend!"

"First impression are everything. We had arranged a pickup when we arrived that did not transpire so we managed to find our way across to the east side of the island to the resort. When we arrived I was expecting the resort to be on the beach. It is not and with the tide out it did not present a welcome view. The sewer smell was very strong at that particular time. We found the resort was average and not the luxury property we were expecting from the description and reviews. There was really no view from our deck. Over the suites you could see the mountain tops but no ocean views. The room was just average with a very big bed that we found comfortable. The shower was good. We did not use the extra large bathtub. The pool area does not have sufficient seating for the number of guests and the lounge chairs are very dirty. Some of the guests would place their towels on the lounge chairs and then leave the area for extended periods. Other guests would arrive and not have a lounge chair to sit on because someone was reserving a chair with a towel. It was brought the the desk staff attention and I suggest they implement a policy when you left the pool area you had to take your stuff with you. They did not address the issue and the next day I witnessed two guests yelling at each other over the chairs almost getting in a fist fight. This was regular.The hotel is marketed as a luxury hotel but doesn"t offer luxury especially for the price they are charging. "

"Pool area was taken nearly the hole day with towels… on chair. When we tried it, someone took it away😅😅 Breakfast area was too hard chair ant a little hot in the food area 梁 but ALL the staff was the beauty people and nice❤️"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, (almost) everything was great we did some run-in situations with communication issues with the staff and it wasn't between us it miscommunication with each other. There were a few times during our 4 day stay here that we were told one thing and ultimately that wasn't correct and we were brought back to be told something else and vise vera. It was a minor inconvenience until the last day that we almost missed our boat because nobody was on the same page. "

"My husband and I stayed here feb 14-17 in the honeymoon suite, which I found amusing as it was connected to the spa next door. It was complicated to find we were told to go back and forth from Railay Resort which is separate from Railay Village Resort but close to each other. We got frustrated and told the Railay Resort somebody from the Village resort was going to have to come get us because our travel was extensive and we weren't going to walk back again which they accommodated and someone came to walk us back with our luggage to the correct resort which we would've never found ourselves so beware of that. The room itself was cool, we had gotten used to the hard beds at this point during our travels but the a/c worked well. The Jacuzzi part of the suite was pretty it looks just like the pictures. Only inconvenience there was that the water never got beyond a luke-warm. Its close to lots of bars which is where we ate we thought the "restaurant" associated with the hotel was a waste of time but overall we spent more time away from the villa than inside it, it worked for our travels although I would recommend bringing some things (alcohol, ice, snacks) for the coming and going. "
