New Haven Hotel
"There was no complimentary coffee ( which is advertised in the hotel) this morning or bagels for breakfast. I was told by an employee that the “ran out”. However, they are delivered from an offsite location daily. I asked if I could get a cup of the “ gourmet” coffee from the Starbucks machine instead and they told me they would charge our room $ 3 per cup. We also were given a handicapped accessible room, which was fine except in the bathroom. It was a roll in shower. There was a shower curtain that was about 6 inches too short for the shower and the water just spilled all over the tile floor, which then became very slick. It took three towels to mop up the water from the shower. Not the best design or the safest set up."
