Dirty couch was a bummer.

The couch could use a giid cleaning. It was so dirty (stains and crusty spots) we didn’t dare sit on it. Most of the rest if the accommodation was in good shape and clean.

The pros are clean, lots of space and a full kitchen and balcony for the same price or better than hotel room. Very easy and secure access. Cons-no office on site. There were 3 of us, but found only 2 sets of towels (online claimed extra under sink, but we borrowed from a family member in the area). Also, no bedding for pull out couch. We didn't bother trying to call the number, so someone may have been able to bring these, if we asked.

There was an odd smell in the entry…maybe smoky as though someone had violated the no smoking policy. The toilet was sluggish and started to overflow before my husband plunged it. A very big TV in the living room would not connect to the network so it was useless. We used the one in the bedroom. The young person on duty was responsive but was unable to fix the TV problem. He used air freshener for us but that was superficial.

New Owners

My husband and I have stayed there several times, with no complaints. They have new owners, who I don't think have ever run an Inn. The cleaning is nonexistent, was in first unit 11 days never came in once. moved to another unit because my husband was covered with bites of some sort. No compensation offered, We wont be back.

This was a great place. It was clean and spacious and the staff was very attentive. It could use a little updating but we had everything we needed. We spent a week in our hometown and this apartment was very comfortable for entertaining a few friends too.

This is a very large suite with seperate bedroom, bathroom and a livingroom/diningroom/kitchen area. Bed was clean and comfortable. Everything was clean, and everything was in good working order. Quite pleased with it and we may come back next year!

Nice kitchen, a comfy couch, and clean space. Bathroom is small and toilet needed two flushes. Location is great, right in downtown Pittsfield. We appreciated the service since they brought us extra towels minutes after we asked.

Although the room was clean, the smell of the cleanser was strong and unpleasant. Staff could pay more attention to amenities. For example, the coffee pot had the grounds from previous usage, there were packets for only decaf and the shower had 3 bottles of lotion instead of shampoo and conditioner. The staff was quick to bring replacements, but brought coffee pods even though there was no keurig!

Very pleased

The unit was clean and very spacious with full kitchen and separate bedroom. The only negative was the hot temperature, and when we turned on the air conditioning, we didn't hear it turn on. We called for assistance and received immediate attention, learning that it takes a while for the cooling to turn on.

Somewhere between a hotel and an air b&b

Nice, spacious place with living room and kitchen, including plates and silverware. Somewhere between a hotel and an air b&b--entry is with a code. Very considerate, pleasant staff was around during the day. There was small miscommunication around the check-in, but they responded immediately when I asked for clarification. The location is good to walk to Pittsfield center and for our drive to Tanglewood.
