There was construction going on in the parking lot/garage and woke up to jack hammers at 7:00 AM on Christmas Eve. No one ever mentioned there would be construction when we booked the room. No parking - have a valet when they’re available. Valet conveniently not available morning after 7 inches of snow on December 27th. Had to walk through unplowed parking lot and down un shoveled side walk to get our car! The breakfast we paid extra for was cold every single day. Definitely would not recommend!

When we first got into the room, the shower didn’t work. I attempted to phone the front desk and the phone also didn’t work. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone, we were put on an 2-3 minute hold before I could ask for Maitenance to check out the shower. Maitenance informed me the people who had just used the room had no issues, but would send Maitenance anyway. When I told Maitenance what the front desk said, they were frustrated, because according to them, nobody had been in the room in 6 months. They got the shower working but the phone could not be fixed because of an internal wiring issue. According to Maitenance, these things need to be better tested before putting people in rooms, which I agree 100%
