"Staff were fantastic. I booked two nights but booked both nights separate due to needing an extra night. The staff were brilliant and sorted the same room for both nights even though they had to juggle some rooms around. Room was slightly dated but very clean and suitable for my stay. The food in the restaurant was very good for a hotel and a good choice"

"Fantastic stay.Clean room, ample parking, good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. The only issue, which was a very minor one was that the cold water tap was just a dribble! All round good value and experience.Would definitely stay there again when visiting!"

"Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing parking was right next to our lodge and fishing pitches. Well stocked pool with beautiful carp and other fish the balcony on the the lake was absolutely amazing especially at night with lights pointing in to the lake and if you're anything like me and my partner then I recommend getting the fish food from reception for night time feeding of the fish off your balcony, wow just wow 😍 amazing stay amazing staff and cant wait to come back again xxx"

Long Shoot - Beautiful, spacious and luxurious house.

"Beautiful clean house with gorgeous space for a large multi generational family to have a comfortable stay, but set up as a show home to sell rather than as a holiday let to stay in, so it was missing a few things for it to be really comfortable. It sleeps up to 10 but the dining table can only seat 6, there are only 5 forks in the house (we had to ask visiting friends to bring their own cutlery), no bins in the bedrooms, no extra bin bags or details on what to recycle, no hooks or coat stand to place outdoor wear on and one sofa and three uncomfortable chairs in the sitting room.
