Freaking Awesome!

This is the perfect location right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We were able to walk to the island and have dinner and drinks with no problem at all. Making it easy to hit up all the drink samples and safely getting back without driving or Uber. Wonderful location. Very quite, you could hear your neighbors at times but everyone was quite during quite hours. Jay and Penny are lovely host.we chatted and they kept updated. We will rent this place again and again when we come without our kids. An amazing couple retreat. The bed and amenities are fantastic.

It had all we needed for a short stay. Bed slept great. Not sure if fireplace worked we couldn't get it on? A lot, of loud construction going on early in the mornings however, that happens with change. Enjoyed it!

Immaculate Condo in Perfect Location with Outstanding Service!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! The condo in Pigeon Forge was immaculate and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer. The owners were incredibly attentive and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. We felt right at home and can't wait to return. Condo stay

Clean and quiet. Met other guest in same condo who were paying 55 and 60 dollars less than we were per night. This condo has multiple owners therefore the price depends on who you rent from. Others also said they were not paying 75 dollar cleaning fee or a 74 dollar stay tax. But it is a nice place to stay. I would recommend it being it is close to the main drag.

Nice, clean, and quiet.

We enjoyed the stay here. It was close to everything and on a quiet dead-end road. The only suggestion we have is the shower head needed a good cleaning. There was black build up on the nozzles and to provide more towels. Overall, we loved the location and covenience. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.
