There was'nt any help available for luggage. We all four were senior citizens and would have appreciated help atleast upto elevators. But none. same during chk out. & the same bespectacled person at counter was very very happily bending, himself leaving the counter and helping other guests with luggage, right upto the rooms. We have seen with our own eyes. Moreover, there was no bottle opener in our room. But while chking out, they said its missing and we were made to pay exhortantly for it !

Nice Hotel for the price!

We stayed here for 4 days, we loved our room! The internet was not that great to be honest and the staff could of been more friendly and helpful. It was so surprising to me that the staff wasn’t that very nice since all the other hotels we stayed at in Thailand were so welcoming and approachable! I work in hospitality so I did expect a certain level of acknowledgement or a simple hello or good morning when we walk in the lobby area. If your staff could improve on this this hotel would be a gold mine and you would have more returning and happy guests!

Good value hotel in Patong

I arrived early, well before the official check-in time, and was immediately upgraded and checked in to a better room. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Very clean and comfortable room, good pool on roof and good gym in an adjoining building, wifi was adequate but not great. Quiet hotel away from beach and main entertainment areas but well within walking distance. Shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the night market.

Location is very good, feasibly ckean, but I was disappointed with the breakfast. Thai style breakfast and not international type breakfast, no chesse, no rolls, ...cheap breakfast. Bed was not of reasonable quality. I would rate them two stars hotel than three. But price was very reasonable . Maybe, I should not expect more than what they have offered.

Good enough

The Ashlee plaza is a decent place, if you're not trying to spend too much money. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. They have a bar, but you'll rarely find patrons there because the markets right across the street own the food and drink arena around that area. The Ashlee Plaza has a workout area with a couple (literally) of machines, so you can get a quick workout in, but if you're a true gym head, it may be more prudent to simply pay for a few days at the gym down the street. The beds were super stiff, but the room was clean. The staff was very friendly, and you can book all your excursions right in the lobby.

Pleasant stay for the price.

The room was okay, the bed was hard. The shower temperature went from hot to very cool while the shower was running. I found the staff to be very friendly. The rooms are not soundproof, we could hear any conversation in the hallway. The buffet breakfast was not very well sorted for a westerner, I did not think it was worth the cost.

An "ok" hotel

I honestly didn't get what I expected from this hotel. First night we checked in too late when I went to bed, my bed sheet had a disgusting stain, couldn't really sleep that night, next morning 7am asked to change bed linens, when I arrived 7pm, still the same! I had to change rooms!!! First day breakfast, no orange juice I had to pay 2 dollars for one glass after a bad attitude from the lady in the restaurant. Next three days there was the juice. Finally, we had a problem with the driver of a tour we took and I asked the front desk to help me and call the driver (local call) they pretended to charge me almost a dollar for the call , so customer service? Perks? Don't expect that from this "just ok" hotel.
