For me I’ve been in hotels for 25 years of my working life, smoke stack isn’t very good. Poor quality of food, ingredients on the menu but not on the plate & ingredients on the plate that weren’t on the menu.
Goats cheese starter being the biggest issue here & under cooked chicken? In 2026 there is no excuse for under cooked chicken.
Breakfast cooking is very inconsistent too, some days great omelettes and others could have quite easily been frozen. However the staff serving were very good.
Pool bar pretty much same issue. Some days lots of ham in the sandwich others, I’m looking for the ham.
Pizza was very good and very good.
I don’t know if there is an issue with too much offering or poor quality staff training on the dishes.
The hotel offered a good check in, Money was very professional.
1st night on arrival the host at the Phuket eatery looked at her watch when asked if we could eat after a pre phone call from reception. We then had to order all 3 courses at once?
Room very clean & tidy a little dated now with the corridors looking very tired,
For me coming to Thailand for the first time, location is good for the local shops & golf courses.
Would I stay again? Yes but only on b&b as the biggest part of why I come away is to eat and the food let the hotel down.
