The check-in process was not smooth; the parking spot was not labeled well and an incorrect 8 digit code was provided to unlock the front door. To obtain the correct code, we had to call the number provided on the reservation which was a management company. The man on the phone had a difficult time pulling up my reservation. We were provided the correct code and it was 4 digits, not 8. The host does not ever respond to messages on the app. Many of the amenities were in disrepair and unsightly; blind panels broken, handheld shower head unable to be hung, glass shower shelf tilted and items would slide off, dishwasher not mounted to wall, & massive hole in screen door.
