The Living Room:

Indulge in your personal entertainment paradise! Lounge on the plush sectional sofa and immerse yourself in your favorite show with pre-logged in Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Youtube TV and Amazon Prime on the grand 75” HDTV. Connect your device to the Amazon Alexa and relish the sound of music from any corner of the home. Step onto the balcony and inhale the crisp Arizona air or simply unwind with a captivating book. The sliding door grants effortless access to the balcony and floods the space with natural light, providing a relaxing and welcoming experience.


The Kitchen:

Wake up and smell the coffee! Start your day with a delicious cup of joe from the fully stocked coffee bar. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece: from pots and pans to creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil. Fry up some eggs on the electric stove, bake some scrumptious cookies in the oven, or reheat some takeout in the microwave. Cleaning up is a breeze with the double sink and dishwasher!(pods included)

Dining Area:
The dining table can accommodate 4 people.

The Master Bedroom with ensuite:

Sleep soundly every night in the luxurious king-sized bed, and wake up feeling refreshed as natural light streams through the blinds. A convenient USB/USBC lamp sits on the bedside table for easy device charging. Need to catch up on work? Make use of the designated workspace, and enjoy some downtime with all your favorite streaming services pre- logged in for you! Store your clothes in the dresser or closet, and refresh in the ensuite bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion and plenty of towels.


Bedroom 2

Relax and unwind on the cozy double-sized bed, complete with a Apple TV- already logged in to your favorite streaming services. A convenient USB/USBC lamp sits on the bedside table for easy device charging. Store your clothes in the dresser and relax in the bright and airy bedroom.


Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a single vanity and a shower stall, and comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and towels for your convenience.

Laundry
The space comes equipped with a convenient washer and dryer. All Detergent and Dryer Sheets are included.

Parking

One Complimentary covered parking spot is provided and is located on the opposite side of the building. Any additional cars or guests can use the uncovered parking spots available.

Pool + Jacuzzi

Take a dip in the pool or unwind in the jacuzzi located just 20 feet away from the condo. Available year-round, the pool is perfect for a refreshing swim. To enter the pool area, simply use the provided key. Don't forget to return the key upon checkout!

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
