Host was so responsive and informative. House had tons of amenities if you forgot something or had a late arrival (breakfast items there). Pool & hot tub were great to have. Location is awesome, easy to access places.

Great Home & Spring Training Location

Our family stayed here for Mariners Spring Training. The Owners communicated very well with us before and during our stay. They were very kind and wonderful to deal with. The home was a perfect location that is within 10 minutes of the Peoria Sports Complex. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The backyard is beautiful. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. We paid extra for it to be heated. If there were a few things to note... the putting green does need a little tlc, not all the jets worked in the hot tub, one of the couches has seen its day, and the bathrooms are a little on the small side, but they did the job. Very minor things. All in all we had a great experience and was reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

I cannot say enough good about this place!

We very much enjoyed our stay here in Peoria. The neighborhood felt very safe... and is out of the hustle bustle. The home is well equipped. Owner is responsive. The beds were comfortable. The backyard was a dream! We used the fire pit, putting green, pool and spa. Pool gate latch is a little difficult to open and close but we were extra careful to keep our eye on it with our 1 year old. We hope to be back.

A True Desert Oasis

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the incredible amenities and attention to detail. The complimentary snacks and eggs were a cool bonus. The backyard is an absolute paradise with a pool, fire pit, and even a putting green! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of golfing or baseball. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. There was plenty of space for my family of eight. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed vacation rental. Thank you for a great experience!

Weekend baseball tournament

We enjoyed our stay. We were in for a baseball tournament. The house was nicely equipped in the kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, etc. as well as some food, lots of condiments and spices. It was the perfect house as we had downtime after games. The boys loved the backyard for the hot tub, putting green and fire pit. The pool while heated was still chilly in January for us. I would stay here again. The host was very nice and her communication with us was great.

Wonderful Arizona getaway!

Perfect family home with a pool and hot tub

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the hot days and the 4 bedrooms fit our 2 family’s (4 adults, 4 kids). The outdoor seating areas, fire pit and mini golf kept the kids and adults content hanging out. Great location with endless options only a couple of exits away. The house waa as a well appointed and had everything we needed. Jackuline is an excellent host with prompt reply’s every time we had a question. Will definitely stay again when we are in the Phoenix area.

Super amenities!

This rental home had everything we needed and more. The extras were very much appreciated. It was nice to have four comfortable bedrooms/beds. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed and many extras. We loved the games, the fire table, the hot tub and the expanse of turf was such luxury.The home is showing some wear in bathrooms, but overall the home is very comfortable. I probably wouldn't recommend pool heating in February as the pool was just too cool to go in. Overall, a good value and a nice stay!

Winter Getaway

The backyard is amazing. The pool and spa were spacious. We enjoyed sitting out back by the fire pit and putting. Had a small issue with the WiFi but owners were responsive and was fixed. Bathrooms were a little small but clean and well stocked.

Amazing!!

This was a the perfect place for my family and I to stay at during the weekend of my wedding. We wish we had had more time to enjoy the house but we will more than likely be back in the near future. I didn't know that the house had a hot tub near the pool. Maybe I didn't read through everything before I placed my reservation but it was a nice surprise. Overall we would highly recommend this place.

Awesome place!

I have never been to an Airbnb where they have snacks milk eggs for breakfast. It was very clean and just as cute as interesting as the pictures. We wished we were able to stay one more night.
