Beautiful and welcoming. The snack basket and wine were such a lovely touch. Thank you! The only downside of the house for us was that the hot tub was not working while we were there.

Beautiful Home!

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days! We absolutely loved our stay. The home is in a great location for shopping and trips out and about to enjoy things the area has to offer. The swimming pool was definitely an added bonus to the pretty lake and mountain views!

Great family vacation home!

We recently stayed during the USA baseball tournament and it was the perfect spot! Close enough to fields but a great place to escape the heat. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We will be back!

Beautiful home and fantastic views!

We had the best week in AZ visiting family in the Arrowhead lakes neighborhood. Very peaceful. Pool and boat were fun and the house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed, even some starter snacks for us after our long flight. Also loved the Christmas light boat parade in the back yard! We will be staying here every time we visit the area!

Holiday weekend

Our arrival felt very welcoming complete with snacks and wine. The property is clean and well maintained. We reached out to the property manager for an issue that ended up resolving on its own but she was quick to respond. Our family had lots of fun using the pool, boating and fishing. We explored the area and found everything we needed nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Escape

When you need a break from snow and ice, Arizona is a great place to escape to. We found a piece of Paradise at our Sunkasa rental in Glendale. It was far beyond our expectations.The house was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The property managers responded within a timely manner when we had questions. I would strongly recommend this vacation home.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect home and setting for our family of eight for the week. It was very comfortable with a high level attention to detail; from real plants positioned throughout the home, to a basket of pool towels by the door. We also appreciated the many other useful supplies and accessories that were made available. Outside, there was just the right amount of sun and shade around the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool, especially the grandkids. We have no real complaints except maybe the need to replace a couple light bulbs, one outside flood and a light above the stove.

Beautiful place

The rental is well stocked, well decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient. I would go back for sure if I’m ever in the area again. Nothing but positives to say other than the drain in the guest shower is very slow, and since it’s a zero entry style shower, there was water on the bathroom floor. I’m sure that’s an easy fix. Thanks for sharing the home with us. Seriously- stay here if you have the chance.

Perfect Spring Training HQ!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed in Ryan's beautiful home in Arrowhead Lakes. The home is even nicer this year (was JUST getting it ready for the rental market when we stayed last year. It is beautifully designed and doe not look like your "typical" vacation rental. Right on the lakes with a pontoon boat so you can get out on the water...the neighborhood is very 'chill' and the location is perfect, probably to most any Spring Training site on the West side...took us less than a half hour, door to door to the Dodgers' stadium (why we were here!)...would highly recommend it and would stay here again! Do it, you will love it...

Beautiful property

Once you step outside to the back of the house, it takes your breath away: mountains and lake views are absolutely beautiful. House is situated at the dead end of the lake where there is a small waterfall park with many different birds congregating. Short walk passed the waterfall there is a trail to the mountains. I watched my husband and grandkids climbing the mountain from the patio. At night you see boats passing by, reflection of holiday lights in the water, just lovely. Pontoon boat was a highlight of our stay. Fun for kids and adults alike. About the house: it is a nice house, true to description and pictures. There is a glass top coffee table and some decorations around the house that present some challenge for family with young kids. Pool: well heated almost as infinity pool with the lake on the background. We absolutely loved our stay.

Great house!

Beautiful house on the lake. Property is exactly as it looks on the website. Really clean, great pool and outdoor area, awesome pontoon boat! We loved the quiet peaceful neighborhood. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Nice views

Great home, clean and very well stocked, true to the photos. A great retreat with a pool and a nice lake/mountain view. Hiccups we experienced along the way were primarily related to communication with property manager and resolved with the host. Enjoy your stay!

Beautiful comfy home, perfect family vacation! Traveled with my parents and young adult children for niece graduation, perfect amount of room and space for us all. Kristine was super responsive to any questions we had and left us yummy treats and drinks when we arrived, including Xmas lights and music playing for us. Great level of fine details. Would definitely stay again!

Great house!

What an adorable house! Stayed the weekend with friends and we were pleasantly surprised how clean and nice it was! They even left us snacks and water and ice! The home is very well taken care of! We spent the weekend hanging in the pool which had all amenities for pool as well! House had all things we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!

Paradise on the lake.

Beautiful house that looks as good in person as it does in the pictures (which is not always the case). Well equipped home that contains everything you should need to have a relaxing stay. The lake and electric pontoon boat are a bonus.

Loved condo pool boat

Loved the pool boat and condo. Master bed very comfy. Neighbors very friendly and I am a runner so great neighborhood to do my daily morning run. The view with a cup of coffee and breakfast beautiful!! Thank you Kristine for all of your help and quick responses. Thank you for the lovely basket of goodies very nice surprise. We loved our stay!
