NOTICE TO POTENTIAL GUESTS

**************************************

- We are committed to abiding by all state, county and city rules and regulations as well as protecting our properties. We've partnered with "Know Your Guest" (Superhog) the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.

- Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Truvi / Know Your Guest and you will be receiving a message and/or email from Truvi.

- You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $200 or a damage waiver of $25.

- In compliance with City and State regulations, and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, we do NOT allow any large gatherings or parties. (Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund of stay and complete banning from the booking channel where they completed the reservation. See house rules for more information.)

- Use of security cameras, noise-aware sensors, and valid neighbor noise complaints can be used against the booking individual and will lead to immediate eviction with NO REFUND and a ban from the channel where the booking was made.

- The maximum occupancy is 10. If there are more than 10 people at any time, or more than 3 vehicles at any time, you agree to forfeit the reservation (no refund) along with immediate eviction.

- We follow and abide by all rules by the city of Glendale, state of Arizona, and the booking channel and do NOT allow any Large Gatherings or Parties to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood and respect the families around us.

- A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically. However, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here, and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fire pit falls under the same guidelines.

- The city is very strict on this, and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over the max occupancy, or more than 3 cars, you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation.

- Cars may only be parked in the actual driveway, and/or one car fits in the garage. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.

NOTE: CBP temporarily suspends operations at Lukeville border. Travelers from Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, face a detour through Nogales or San Luis, causing an estimated 2-4 hour delay. Please plan accordingly and safe travels!

Everything was great, the pool was awesome. But the room with the 2 queen beds???? There was crumbs and hair under the top sheet so we had to wash it before going to bed. But my family really enjoyed the pool and the size of the living room

Stayed a weekend with family of 9 and teens loved it. They enjoyed the pool and how open and roomy it was. We found everything in the house from pool towels to bug spray, inflatable mattress and enough of what we needed for our stay. We cooked our meals and it was nice to see a few spices and condiments available. Coffee bar was my favorite and even though it was missing a few more cups, luckily all adults had our own travel coffee cups. A few more dishes would have been nice to have med/large pots and pitchers, however we managed to cook and enjoy our meals. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felted safe, would definitely rent this home again.

Very disappointing

We were staying due to having to attend a funeral and had gotten to the house at around 5pm and didnt have any information to check in. Had plans to cook dinner, as our family going out is expensive, but ended up having to go out as we didnt have the code. The house was dirty, there was poop on the counter in the bathroom, we had to clean dishes before we used them, my husband had to change the lights in the kitchen, as they were blown out. There were fries on the floor from the previous guest, lights out in the master bathroom, and the fan in the main bathroom didnt work. We stay at alot of homes and this is the first time we have encountered a negative experience. I contacted the number on the listing and tried to let her know what we experienced, I was told that she would contact us right back. She never did.

Not a Hidden Gem

We booked this trip to attend the NCAA final four in Glendale. The location of this home was perfect for that as we were 15 mins from the stadium and Westgate. The reason I ranked it so low is because it’s not a very well maintained property. The outdoor pool area was a bit dingy and not well kept up. Ping pong paddles were broken, corn hole bags were missing, pieces of the big connect four were gone. If I would have had an outdoor broom and some gloves I would have cleaned it all myself. The grill was not cleaned so we had to clean it before we could cook on it. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. The towels were all stained and very few were available for our five night stay for four people. The neighbors dogs barked all day (and yes I know that’s not the hosts problem). You couldn’t be outside without them barking, which doesn’t make for a relaxing time. I had to organize the game closet just to find games to play but majority of pieces were missing. The host was very kind and for the most part, easy to get ahold of. We did have to wait over night before we were given the WiFi code which was a bit frustrating as that should have been provided during check in. The living room area was fine and the kitchen was decent and had the majority of tools we needed to make a meal. The smell when we first got there was horrible but eventually dissipated once the air was turned on. The closet in the master stunk so we kept the door closed.

Not so good weekend

My family members have bug bites on them from sleeping in the beds,The owner has bad communication skills it took me an hour to get in contact with him for the code I had to call customer service and when did get in contact with owner he claimed it was not him and he hung up in my face.My main problem is the bugs.
