From the moment you arrive, the home feels intentionally designed for effortless connection and elevated comfort, blending high-end furnishings with a flowing, open-concept layout that invites your entire group to gather, unwind, and settle in with ease.



The heart of the home unfolds into a seamless living, dining, and kitchen experience, where gourmet meals, casual breakfasts, and late-night conversations flow naturally from one space to the next. The fully equipped kitchen anchors the home for entertaining, while the inviting living area offers a relaxed, design-forward setting for movie nights and downtime after long days in the sun. With smart TVs in every bedroom and three beautifully finished bathrooms with modern fixtures and spa-inspired showers, comfort and convenience are woven into every detail of the stay.



Four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms offer peaceful retreats for every guest, including two king guest suites with private patio access—perfect for slow mornings with coffee or quiet evenings under the stars. Each sleeping space is styled with hotel-quality linens and warm, upscale touches that create a restful, boutique-hotel feel within a private home setting.

Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-1820



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
