👉 Accessibility: Our townhouse is split over two levels, you will be required to walk up stairs to access the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs you will find the living area, dining, kitchen and lounge room and upstairs you will find the loft style bedroom, Juliet Balcony and the bathroom. Please note there is only one toilet, located in the upstairs bathroom.
👉 Linen & Towels: We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.
👉 Longer Stays: For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.
👉 Parking Information: Our property features a standard residential carport for your vehicle. Please note that there are height restrictions, so larger vehicles may not be suitable. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.

Great Priced option in Mandurah
Needed to be over in Mandurah W.A for a week. Accommodation expensive but found this beauty for 146 a night and it was cheaper than a cabin in camping ground/caravan park type place. Got a lot more bang for my buck, good facilities. Only issue was trying to extend the booking by a day during the stay. luckily the host made it easy.
