Studio for 2 people fully equipped, full sea view with direct access to the magnificent Trestraou beach, located 100m from the residence. Private parking.

Completely renovated in January 2020 with a main room including an equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with new bedding. A bathroom with shower, basin and suspended WC as well as a veranda and a terrace facing the sea.

Facilities: Washing machine, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, TV, hairdryer, towel radiator.

Household linen provided, with bed made on arrival.
End of stay cleaning: 25 euros optional
Deposit by refundable check of 300 euros
 at the end of the stay.
Electricity in supplement from October to April.

Restaurants, shops and cinema nearby. The customs trail is a 2-minute walk away.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, das Studio ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für 2 Personen ideal, sehr gut auch der feste Parkplatz auf dem gesicherten Areal.Es war ein Vergnügen hier gewesen zu sein!
