A flat on the first-floor of a building with lift and door entry code. Hall. Small kitchen with combination microwave. Lounge-diner with patio door opening onto balcony (4.70m²) overlooking the harbour. Bedroom : twin beds (or super king-size bed). Shower room with WC. Free public car park in front of building or 100m away. A charming, stylish first floor flat, overlooking the marina in the lovely seaside resort of Perros-Guirec. Lots of walks in and around the town (over 40km of signposted footpaths), great for short strolls or longer hikes. Boat trips on pleasure boats and traditional sailing vessels, February – November. Visit the 7 Iles, a group of islands off Perros-Guirec which is home to the largest bird reserve in France. The character seaside village of Ploumanac’h, voted France’s favourite village in 2015, with its delightful narrow streets and beautiful natural scenery is just 8km away. You will appreciate the magnificent view from this apartment which overlooks the marina of Perros-Guirec.
