It's misleading to call this a 4 *, it was decent enough but the condition and the size of bedroom and especially, bathrooms, was not of 4* expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

To call this a 4* hotel is laughable. It says it quite clearly on the front. The room - blackout curtains - no way. The room was so bright from the neon lights from the neighbouring industrial site, I could not sleep. The pullows were super thin. When I asked for 2 more for my son and I, they told me they only had one spare hahaha - in the whole hole;. Shocking. We went to drink some water from the glass provided in the room - both had not been cleaned and had some dried drink in it. They did not change our towels when they changed our sheets. The room and whole hotel need serious upgrading and renovation. They said they have a jacuzzi - it’s an inflatable one you can get in a supermarket. It also does not work, had no water and was empty. They said they had a spa, this was never open. They said they had a sauna. This was broken They said they had a gym. Nearly all the equipment was broken, missing or not cleaned. They said they had a pool. First they said they couldn’t use it. Then after pouring in a lot of chlorine let my child and I in after 10 minutes. Surely this is not safe. Again this was another example of poor facilities, service and attention to detail. Mainly I’m annoyed with the false advertising, and to be fair the staff were nice.

Malheureusement il n'y a pas l'intermĂ©diaire entre "mediocre" et "moyen" sur H.com. En rĂ©sumĂ©: Les +: Tres bon accueil, sourire et disponibilitĂ© du personnel. Prix raisonnable Grand parking gratuit Jardin agreable. Tres bon petit dejeuner. Minibar (payant) Machine Ă  expresso Oreillers Wc indĂ©pendants de la SDB Les -: 4 etoiles?!?! = c'est une vrai blague!! Couloirs extra sombres, on y voit Ă  peine pour marcher. Chambre deprimante. TĂ©lĂ© minuscule accrochĂ©e juste en-dessous du plafond dont la tĂ©lĂ©commande fonctionne difficilement. Lit tres ferme, je sentais les ressorts dans le dos. Serviettes de basse qualitĂ© Salle de bain minuscule SPA en panne Grande salle de sport sans point d'ezu proposĂ©. 2 tapis de marche/course dont 1 qui se bloque en 1 minute et l'autre qui ne fonctionne qu'Ă  16 km/m heure. LumiĂšre de la terrasse restant allumĂ©e toute la nuit. C'est sĂ»r je ne reviendrai pas. Il faut vraiment que le propriĂ©taire renove les chambres. Je suis peut-ĂȘtre difficile ! Je retiendrai la gentillesse du personnel.

Déçus pour un 4 ****

PremiĂšre assignation dans une chambre oĂč la section salle de bain avec bain-douche vitrĂ©e avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e, mais oĂč la toilette Ă©tait dĂ©fectueuse. (Dans cette chambre, il y avait une machine pour le cafĂ©.) Ne pouvant pas rĂ©parer la toilette, on nous assigne une nouvelle chambre. Cette fois-ci, la salle de bain n’est pas rĂ©novĂ©e. C’est une chambre pour handicapĂ©s avec douche. Au sol, il y a un rebord mĂ©tallique dangereux. Nous avons aussi un rideau de douche douteux qui nous colle sur le corps. Cette fois, nous n’avons pas accĂšs Ă  une machine Ă  cafĂ©. (Nous avons une bouilloire). DĂ©cevant pour un Ă©tablissement 4 Ă©toiles.

Vi havnet pÄ dette sjarmerende hotellet da vi fikk dekk problemer pÄ vei hjem fra Spania. Kan ikke fÄ fullrost damen i resepsjonen nok. Hun snakket godt engelsk og var utrolig hjelpsom, hun ringte dekkforhandlere og snakket med franske utgaven av naf, hun stod virkelig pÄ. Frokosten var veldig god, og restauranten kan virkelig anbefales. Vi kommer tilbake.

Je viens assez souvent dans cet hĂŽtel tous les 15 jours en moyenne, et je suis toujours satisfait de l’accueil du personnel qui est Ă  l’écoute de ses clients, qui est trĂšs accueillant et chaleureux. J’ai pas l’habitude de manger au restaurant hier soir, j’y suis allĂ© et que ce soit au niveau gustatif, ou au niveau du service, tout Ă©tait excellent. Bravo Ă  Elodie pour son Acceuil et son sourire qui rend agrĂ©able l’expĂ©rience.
