Beautiful Panoramic Corner Unit!!! The view... wow!
This amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit on the Riverside gives way to absolutely beautiful views of Ole River! This condo has plenty of room for your family and friends to enjoy a wonderful vacation at the beach. The living room is very roomy and will seat all your loved ones, comfortably. The dining room has a beautiful dining table and view of the Gulf from the east sliding door. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything the chef in the family will need. For all you coffee lovers this unit offers both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. There are 3 bedrooms, with a cozy king bed in the master and a King bed in the guest bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a lovely view of Ole River, and has access to the hall bathroom. Having three bathrooms assures that everyone has enough space and privacy during their stay. The view from the balcony overlooks the refreshing pool, marina and BBQ area, so be sure to get ready to grill your fresh catch! Perdido Key's sunsets are breathtaking! This condo will become your favorite retreat year after year! SeaSpray also boasts 3 pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach front fitness center, a BBQ area, a marina and boat launch, tennis/pickleball courts, and almost 300 feet of pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico! Come spend your vacation with us! You will leave refreshed and relaxed!
